It’s been a challenging year to say the least, we have missed all our guests, and the ongoing pandemic has hit our industry hard. But we are still here, and we’ve been busy at The Old Coach House, North Stainley, creating a new brand and launching our new website. We hope you like it.

We’ve also had the opportunity to give our bedrooms a revamp, take a look here.

We have brought our brand in line with our sister company, The Staveley Arms, situated just across the road from us, which was taken over in August 2020 by an award-winning family team. It’s been wonderful to have the pub back in the village, and we look forward to collaborating with them to create dinner bed and breakfast packages for our guests. The Staveley Arms serves hearty Yorkshire fodder with a contemporary twist, served in comfortable surroundings by a friendly and attentive brigade. During lockdown they have launched their ‘At Home’ menu which has proved hugely popular – we just hope they can re-open properly soon. Visit their website by clicking this link:

With some trepidation and everything crossed, following the Prime Minister’s February road map out of lockdown, we are now taking bookings from the 17th of May 2021. We are already filling up fast, so if you would like to visit us, please do book early to avoid disappointment.

There has never been a better location for a 2021 staycation than Yorkshire’s pretty village of North Stainley, near Ripon. And there has never been a better B&B than the Old Coach HouseWe cannot wait to welcome you back!
